François-Michel LAMBERT député des Bouches du Rhône   En juin 2019 avec une vingtaine de députés nous déposions une proposition de loi, relative « à la légalisation contrôlée de la production, de la vente et de la consommation de cannabis ». La même semaine le « conseil d’analyse économique », think tank rattaché à Matignon, préconisait dans un rapport très documenté la légalisation du cannabis récréatif et une tribune dans l’Obs signée par 70 médecins, économistes et élus nationaux et locaux, plaidait pour cette légalisation.
